Prescription Refill
Welcome to A+ Family Medicine electronic prescription refill system. You must be a current patient of A+ Family Medicine and registered online at the patient to participate with this service. If you are not a current patient of A+ Family Medicine and you would like to be click here to learn how.
After you log in, fill in the necessary information and send it to us, our medical assistants will pull your chart and verify with your provider the validity of the prescription and refill request. If it is approved, we will forward the request to the pharmacy and you will receive notification. If it is not approved, you will also be notified and advised to call the office for clarification.
