Lisa VanRyn, PA-C; Michael Ahern, PA-C; Catherine Hallenbeck, PA-C and Cheri Van Wyngarden, AGNP-C; all join us with several years of experience in providing the best possible care for your whole family.
If you are a current patient of these providers and will be following them to A+ Family Medicine, you will find all of our new patient information and forms here on our website. We encourage you to sign up for our patient portal where you can
communicate with your provider electronically, request prescription refills, appointments and referrals, view your results and medical records and much more.
Please note: If you have Priority Health, you will now be able to sign up with your provider of choice as your PCP (VanRyn, Ahern, Hallenbeck, or VanWyngarden). If you have Blue Care Network insurance, you will need to sign up with Jeffrey VanWingen, MD (our medical director) as your PCP but you will still see your provider of choice.
